The event, dubbed ‘Decade of Deliciousness’, featured the creation of a record-breaking 10-foot pizza—India’s largest pizza ever made. This celebration is a tribute to nine years of exceptional service, innovation, and community engagement in the vibrant city of Chennai.
The culinary masterpiece showcased six different cuisines, each with unique toppings:
● North Indian: Makhani gravy with chicken tikka
● West Indian: Yellow gravy (Cashew tomato base) with paneer tikka
● East Indian: Manchurian gravy with mushrooms
● Central Indian: Tangy gravy with lemon chicken
● South Indian: Chettinad gravy with chicken
● Sri Lankan: Sambol sauce with mixed seafood (fish, prawn, and squid)
The milestone event, held at MISTA, Turyaa’s chic café lounge, was spearheaded by our esteemed Executive Chef Satyaban Saw, alongside Sous Chefs N Neelamegan and A Pandiyarajan. The event was further graced by the presence of the guest of honour, Mr. Nagendra Prasad, an acclaimed Indian dance choreographer and actor, along with Chennai’s top influencers.
